The Speakers Conference on Parliamentary Representation has started work.
I sent them, by way of their secretaries, an Open Letter,
which is at this URL:
http://www.voting.ukscientists.com/speaker.html
Ive discussed the value of JS Mill's parliamentary reform speeches (also on
my website, as well as Hansard on-line.)
Ive also given a review of voting systems, and pointed out that there terms
of seeking women's and minority representation cannot be met without also
allowing for political minority representation other than the two party
duopoly.
Yours sincerely,
Richard Lung.

> -- Added subclasses for different ballot types to make it easier to
> support new types.
> -- Changes under the hood that make OpenSTV easier to maintain.
