ICQ FIX
This is something that has helped my ICQ problems alot..
Just follow the instructions and it should help your connections
alot.

With the problems we're having with ICQ I can offer one
possible solution. Your ICQ program may have been sent with one or two
servers to use. The thing is there are far more than that. Below is the
list of servers. Here is the instructions to use them.

On the ICQ bar push the icq button.
chose prefrences.
When the box opens chose the 'server'
tab at the top.
click on add
copy each of these servers to the
address box.
Sorry
you have to do this one at a time.
in the port box for each of these just
put 4000. After you do this you
should see a vast improvment in
your ICQ
connections.
