Sorry - time zone differentials here - I just caught the thread now. I'll put together an email list today of entrants. Should I notify them, or is this something somewhat else wants to handle?

Since we received 45 paper or abstracts I think it is our duty to personally inform the authors of these papers or abstracts that the conference won't take...
