yes, you can do it, thanks. But I am sure most of us would like to have
access to the papers and abstracts that had been submitted so far.
Regarding the text:
I would just thank them for submitting, tell them that we had to cancel
2006, apologize for having to cancel, and that we are working on 2007
now. I wouldn't tell any details about 2007 at all but suggest that they
can re-submit their papers to the 2007 conference, the WWW2007
conference or other XML conferences.
