Web Developer:
**Looking for both mid level (2-5 yrs) and Sr engineers (6+ yrs) as
well as a tech lead or principal eng

Prototype, develop and maintain new features and enhancements. Hands-
on development and maintenance of web-applications. Provide
technical guidance during product planning and development. Build
functional demos for prototyping and presentations
Perform thorough debugging of the site. Ongoing communication
regarding development and participation in the internal developer
communities


•2-5 years of web development experience
•Extensive experience with UI design patterns (e.g. MVC), frameworks
(e.g. Struts), HTML, DHTML, CSS, JavaScript and AJAX
•Knowledge of Java and XML required
•Understanding of OOP
•Familiarity with build tools such as Ant or Maven
•Extensive experience working with User Experience Design team
