Hi Nancie,
We may need more details. When you say that it will not sync the
applications when you tell it to do so, does any sort of error pop up?
Or does it do the sync cycle, exit normally, and yet the applications
are still not on the iPod? Are the applications all checked marked in
the applications panel of the iTunes window when the iPod is mounted
and selected?
The applications may have been redistributed over several pages on the
iPod -- it now supports more pages -- have you tried scrolling the
pages to see if the apps are there?
Have you tried the "Restore"? As an absolute last resort, first make
sure the iPod data is completely backed up, then reset to factory
settings, and use the iTunes sync to restore the applications and iPod
data. Do not do this reset/restore until you are certain that the
applications are really not loading onto the iPod.
