There is a plugin that has not been released yet that does this
for a slash site. In those cases though you are seeing what sites
that site knows about, not what RSS feeds it provides.

At some point in the future I am going to embed a piece inside
of Slash that will send out RSS that lists all known RSS
feeds inside of a site that that site generates.
