Yes, IntelliJ Labs is the main development office of JetBrains, located
in St.Petersburg.

We'll also have an early access program for the project we're working
on, so you'll be able to experience it in a couple of months. :-)

Nice (assuming we're talking about JetBrains) - I use their IDEA as my
Java IDE and they've come across well in the forums & their early-access
program...
