What exactly do you mean by that? The JAWS 4 series has 4 different "pause"
settings" built into the program--two variations of end of line, end of
sentence, and end of paragraph (never have figured out the purpose in that
one, unless you really want to jump forward and backward in large chunks).
This is usually a software function, although how well a given box or board
responds depends upon its firmware. I use a little LiteTalk as a backup at
both work and home, which responds quite well to both ASAP and JFW.
