I'll be honest and say that every now and then a problem will crop up but I don't think Sergey have ever taken more than a day or 2 to not just respond but fix the issue I've been having.
If you work on projects that require you to have more than a few files open at a time, you'll know how difficult Visual Studio can make it for you to navigate to the correct one. TabsStudio fixes that.
I will, gladly, recommend this product to anyone.
