Description

TAC-SAC

The Astronomy Connection - Sacramento

This is a group for active amateur astronomers ranging from beginners to advanced visual observers and imagers who observe at dark-sky sites near Sacramento and throughout Northern California. We are an e-mail-based observing community similar to TAC, but specific to the Sacramento region.

The purpose of this list is to discuss astronomical observing and related issues with other active observers. Observing reports are very welcome. The list archives are public, and you do not have to be a member to read them.

SVAS members are welcome.

Re: Use a laser, go to prison.
I gotta agree here. Flying a helicopter and having a laser dot show up in the cockpit would be very disconcerting and dangerous. I would be surprised if this
