With GSSP being scheduled for new moon June, 2009, I began wondering about
Lassen. In the past,
there had been two trips to the area, in fact, two to Lassen for several years.
They never had
trouble filling up. There are folks who definitely miss going to Lassen, it was
a very popular
star party.

So, I am considering organizing a July new moon trip. I'd certainly be up for
it. June at GSSP,
July at Bumpass and Devastated.

Anyone interested? If so, I'll begin looking at the arrangements. I still have
good contacts at
the Park.
