Hi, i'm using the API to get back a feed of tags, locations and their
relative text sizes. How do I then get a list of public photos that
relate to those tags relative to location? I can use the Flickr API
to pull public photos with world explorer tags but I don't think the
Flickr api takes location as an argument. Does it?
