Description

Discussion group for Owners and Makers of Novosibirsk TAL Astronomical Telescopes and Invited Guests Only.

NEW members are placed in moderation when they first sign up. They are allowed unrestricted posting as soon as they post their first message (as long as it's not spam).

This method works very well to keep spammers off. I usually have to bump off about 5 a month. The down side is the delay for new users and the work created for myself and TALScopes two moderators. It is also faster and less embarassing.
