- Share implementation experiences and challenges
- Discuss other agile development related topics (tools, books, sites, etc.)
- Build a network with other developers and leaders in the Tampa market.
- Learn with others
- Give as much as I take.

You have to register (give email and some demographics) to download
the PDF. Henrik Kniberg presents his story after a year of experience
with scrum. The eBook contains practical information based on his
experiences and ideas. He presents what has worked for him so far and
often says it might not work for you.

There are a few other eBooks that look interesting on the site but
this is the only one I've read so far.
