Welcome to the TCP-over-Satellite Listserv. This email list is the online
discussion mechanism for the Internet protocols working group. This group
operates within the Telecommunications Industry Association (TIA) as follows:

Telecommunications Industry Association,
Satellite Communications Division (TR34)
Communications Interoperability Section (TR34.1)
Internet Procotols Working Group (TR34.1.1)

Participation in the email discussion is open, however discussion should
relate to issues relating to the working group's goal of seamless
interoperability between satellites and the Internet.
