Sorry, can't do this. I haven't administrator rights for the list and
Jochen Loewer (who has registered the group) is absent since at least
4 or 5 years.

The --enable-tdomalloc=yes|no option (and, in case of building for
AOLserver, --with-aolserver, of course) is the only important one. It
is recommended, that you leave all other tDOM configure options alone
(use the default).

I've added some explanations about that tDOM specific configure
options to unix/CONFIG and a pointer to that information into README.
