Hourly Price Increases and Web Maintenance
Since 1998 Lighthouse Technologies has built professional websites
for small businesses and non-profit organizations. During that time
we have never had to raise our prices. However, all good things
must come to an end, or in this case, an increase. Because of
increased workload and server prices, we are forced to increase our
hourly rates.

Effective August 11, 2003 our new hourly rate will be $65. If we
are currently doing work and you have an outstanding balance of less
than one hour, you will be billed for that hour (when it is
completed) at the old rate.

We've also taken this opportunity to offer all existing and new
clients a web maintenance package. The package includes one hour a
month of web design, redesign, updating, graphics design, or other
programming. The price is only $499 a year. That's a savings of
nearly $300 for your business!
