The Elfscript group is, for all intents and purposes, dead. Try the
group Elfscript2 (yes, the name is ingenious, isn't it? :-) instead.

I have all the fonts but usually use a transcriber. I'd rather do the transcription myself, if the scribe will work with Vista. Thank you! Barb...

Thank you! You're right -- it runs flawlessly on my desktop, too. But it's unearthed another problem: the phrase I was transcribing in the old transcriber...

Barbara, You got it right about the transcriber. The "English" mode actually works for several languages, but the Quenya and Sindarin modes are best used only...
