I don't think it's referring to the CAC 40, which refers to brokers choices
(roughly). I'd be more inclined to think that it refers to some financial
term that you would find on an income statement or a balance sheet; I
suggest you try to get your hands on some annual reports in spanish. My
spanish is a little rough, but since I work in Finance for the most part, I
believe that CAC would refer to an increase (average increase? continued
increase?)/growth in profit margins.
