Can you help me on this one? I have no idea about the meaning of "date over"
in the following sentence:

"The Owners are obliged to date over de vessel before de agreed delivery
date"

The context is shipbuilding. The Owners is the client (as opposed to the
Builders). Don't forget that Shipyards build ships but they also repair
them.
