If things don't start from here, nothing should, or possibly could be
determined. After rechecking the assembly from the point where I left off from
was quite laborious, it took more then one hour to say the least. I found some
circumstances had changed which left me wondering why? Needless to say however
the circuit was retuned to the new circumstances, and certain stumbling blocks
have again come forward.
There appears to be an uneven distribution of voltage across capacities of equal
value. This is the basic problem. It is also seen that more somewhat
contradictory information is made by tests. I will recheck again.
