I must apologise if you all have been experiencing difficulties in getting the
new file. My uni. server has been down for quite a while; my network
administrators, as usual, are mucking about the server without giving any prior
notice or notice on how long their exercise will take.

Consequently, I have put the latest file in the mailing list group. You can
obtain the latest file at:

You should download a file named "talwin42.zip" for the TAL for Windows
ver. 4.2 program.

Alternatively, please email me at cbsteh@... and I will send the file as
an attachment to you. The file size is 1.2 Mb.

I hope TAL web site will be up and running by next week. Thank you for your
