translation of textural terms   Message List

hello all
I just joining the group and I want to congratulate the authors of TAL for
their good job. I am soil scientist from a french speaking country and I
have some concern for translation of certain textural terms from the
International triangle mainly for loam. I use the french term limon for
loam but I am not sure it's correct because loam is a textural class of
the USDA triangle.
regards
