you run the wires(power, ground, video etc.)

i made the mold out of a styrofoam material just to get the shape but you can make the mold out of fiberglass if you want.....

the only way i can think to do this is to use concentric circles on both sides of the steering wheel with leads that keep in contact with the circles at all...
