Dear sirs/madame,

 

I have made arrangements with Laboratory HS School to organize Saturn Opposition Star Party 2007 on Saturday. I dont think this star party/ observation session needs any kind of presentation stuff, though we'll talk to students who will be participating in the event about Saturn and its opposition as well as distribute handouts.

 

We can set up our telescopes and bring binoculars too for the event. Please advise for further ideas.

 

Kedar sir and Jayanta sir,

 I hope to make calls to you regarding this event. I have already sent a separate mail to Rishi sir. I will also talk to him on the phone. Please advise any other thing that I may need to do.
