Problems with The Gimp 2.0 for windows   Message List

Everything about the program seems to work fine, except for one
thing... The Text mode... I have to use a copy of the Gimp 1.2 to put
text in because anytime I try to change the font in 2.0 it crashes on
me...

Is this a known bug that is going to be fixed, or am I the only one to
have problems with it?

The GIMPWin-FAQ has some info about a crash while loading fonts: "People reported that a font called "Profont" causes this. Try removing the font." ...
