Effective 12:01 a.m., January 1, 2007, the members of E to the Third
Power (TM) will put into effect the following Moratoriums:

THE MIDWAY SIGHTINGS (TM) UFO STOCK FOOTAGE LIBRARY (TM):

- The Midway Sightings (TM) UFO Stock Footage Library (TM) will no
longer be directly issuing new licenses for merchandising or UFO
Stock Footage, until further notice.

-- The Midway Sightings (TM) UFO Stock Footage licensing will still
be available through Fish Footage World.

-- For licensing information please contact Fish Footage World:

http://www.footageworld.com/

- All current licenses, secured via E to the Third Power's (TM)
Licensing & Merchandising Department or through The Midway Sightings
(TM) UFO Stock Footage Library (TM) will be honored and will not be
affected by the Moratorium.

E TO THE THIRD POWER (TM):

- E to the Third Power (TM) will no longer be offering press passes
to UFO City (TM) aka The Midway Sightings (TM) Location Site.

- The members of E to the Third Power (TM) will no longer be
available for interviews.

STERLING SILVER EAGLE COMMEMORATIVE UFO COINS:

- The Midway Sightings (TM) UFO Stock Footage Library's (TM)
Sterling Silver Eagle Commemorative Coins will no longer be
available to the general public, until further notice.

- In-house, the production of the coins will continue; therefore, do
check our website periodically for any information as to when the
moratorium may and/or will be lifted.

THE MIDWAY SIGHTINGS (TM) UFO & E TO THE THIRD POWER (TM) SUBSIDIARY
MERCHANDISE:

- All UFO & Subsidiary merchandise will no longer be available at
wholesale or distributor's costs.

- Effective January 1, 2007, The Midway Sightings (TM) UFO
Merchandise and all E to the Third Power (TM) Subsidiary merchandise
will only be available at retail cost via our websites or seasonally
at our in-house gift shops at UFO City (TM) aka The Midway Sightings
(TM) Location Site.

CONCEPTS & DESIGNS UNLIMITED (TM) MERCHANDISING & DESIGN STOCK
LIBRARY:

- E to the Third Power's (TM) Concepts & Designs Unlimited (TM)
Merchandising & Design Stock Library will no longer be issuing
licenses, until further notice.

- All designs will be utilized by in-house subsidiary gift shops and
merchandise will be made available at retail cost to the general
public.

BIZARRE EDIBLE DELIGHTS (TM) STOCK PHOTOGRAPHY LIBRARY:

- E to the Third Power's (TM) Bizarre Edible Delights (TM) Stock
Photography Library will no longer be issuing licenses, until
further notice.

- All "Alien on a Tortilla (TM)" designs will be utilized by in-
house subsidiary gift shops and merchandise will be made available
at retail cost to the general public.

ADVERTISING:

- Advertising Opportunities, via new client contracts, will no
longer be made available, via our website, on-site, videos/dvds or
by way of product placement, until further notice.

- All current advertising contracts will be honored and will not be
affected by the Moratorium.
