Rolling Stones "TOP 50" RECORDS of 2005   Message List
Reply | Forward Message #10442 of 10463 |
So, "Rolling Stones" magazine published their top 50 "RECORDS" of
2005. [Chuckle, chuckle, RECORDS ...]

Some surprises, some unknowns [to this aging audiophile] ... some
peculiar choices ...

What takes me aback is that you can readily find any of these
full "records" [read that as CDs, LPs, Albums] for download (opposed
to the singles) ... and many appeared on the P2P scene BEFORE
commercial release. Do you find this "whole album" download scene as
a good thing ... or a good thing gone bad?

But...I digress ... <deep sigh> ... here's the TOP 50 List from
Rolling Stone Mag. What do you think?

RE #1, Kanye West's ego aside ... I admit that I have enjoyed most of
the cuts on "Late Registration"...

Groovin' on,
