HEre are my friend the farmer's thoughts:

"Scary. I would hope that this is aimed at agribusiness, but since there have
been so many high-profile contaminations, primarily E. coli, in the past few
years, they're probably under pressure to over-regulate. I think a lot of the
contamination comes from the post-harvest handling of produce, not the growing
methods. The Hepatits- infected tomatoes that killed off Chi-Chi's were from
poor handwashing procedures.

The wording is the issue- what is their definition of "food facility"?
Well, back to chopping Zucchini so I can freeze it..."

There you have it. All in the vague wording. Thinking happy thoughts....
