Hello Everyone,

This is just a reminder that the Hands-On Science Center in Tullahoma
will be having its's next Astronomy Night on Saturday Night July 11
from about 8:00 PM to about 9:00 PM. (weather permitting). Anyone who
wants to come and look at the stars and planets is welcome. Anyone who
is willing to bring along their telescope to share is welcome. I just
checked the weppage at http://hosc.org/community/star-viewings/ and it
give 931-455-8387 as the number co call if you have dobuts as to whether
they decided to cancel due to weather.

The new general manager is Candace Potter. I forgot to directly ask if
she would be there, but I think she probably will show up to meet
everyone who comes. She seems intrested in growing the attendance at
these Star Viewings.

Hope to see some of you there, especially since the moon will be too
close to full to do a lot of hunting for faint fuzzies from all the
dark sky sites in the area. I just hope it clears off a little more.
