JAVA/ JBoss 3-Month Right to Hire

Our Client is looking for 1-2 Java-JBoss developers for a new project that will be started from cradle to Grave.   100% NEW DEVELOPMENT.  This will be brand new development of a Workflow Application. The idea or reasoning for this application is the VP of IT wants to have this Workflow process/Application to be a dynamic task delivery system that allows Process engineers to customize Workflow and enable additional systems branching from inception to closure of sale/work. 

The qualified developer will have and be able to articulate over 3-5 years of Java

• Development experience primarily in a JBoss environment. 
• The developer will have "project" experience in:
• JBoss Rules AKA Drools
• TDD (Test Driven Development)
• Agile concept framework for software development promoting iterations throughout SDLC (mitigate risk by development in short periods of time).

1^st deliverable of Bare Executable will be In September and Final phase deliverable is scheduled around the first quarter if 2009. 

Soft skills and Conflict resolution skills are a HUGE MUST.

Must be able to work in a team environment, be comfortable with team members changing code without getting upset if needed, and keep EGO at home and work in Agile environment.
