Well, I'm fairly new to TOAD and this group, but from what I see here you people
are not only icing but a great non-documented feature. I will use support if
and when major issues arise and will continue to monitor this group for all the
great tips and suggestions that seem to bloom here. Many things I wouldn't
begin to imagine rise like roses through the fertilizer (if you pardon the
expression)...

And Quest tech support uses a full blown bug and enhancement request
tracking system (I think they use Clarify). Plus they make sure to do
follow-up and facilitate other special needs that make it very
worthwhile. Yeh - I know, it sounds like I'm making maintenance pitch
once again. But there really is great value in being current on
maintenance and working with our tech support people. Yahoo is really
just the icing on the cake - tech support is the cake :)

Actually, for bugs reported on our toadbeta yahoo group, I track these
by throwing them in an e-mail folder. When I see "fixed" posted by a
developer, I file it away for verification...
Bugs reported to Quest support will always get to Jeff if they're legit.
