We finally have a new Toad for MySQL 3.0 beta out.  Please go to the Toadsoft website (http://www.toadsoft.com/toadmysqlbeta.html) to get this update. The main features added since the last beta drop include:
 
- Version Control Setup Wizard
- Data tab enhancements
- Many bug fixes
