OK, it's good that at least you got this far!
Actually, most of the times that i've installed Tonescape
for other people (mainly my students) this is exactly
what happened. Unfortunately, i've never gotten past it.
As i said, we are currently unable to offer real support
(because Tonalsoft is only two people, me and Chris, and
we're both busy earning a living).

I think that's pretty close to the video card that i
have in my Windows-2000 machine. Tonescape runs fine
for me on that computer.

You're doing all the right stuff there.

Yes, you're right. If you've gotten this far, then we
should be able to get Tonescape working on this machine.
The problem now is that i can't help you any further.
It's up to Chris, because he's the one who knows the
details of the code for the hardware drivers.
Actually, i'm currently in the process of negotiating
to convince him to change some aspects of the Lattice
display so that Tonescape will work on lower-spec hardware,
so that even if it won't look so good, at least it will work.

Harware requirements:

PLEASE NOTE: Some of the information on the install and
release-notes pages is outdated -- for example, you no
longer need to enter an activation code for Tonescape.
These pages seriously require some attention from me,
sorry about that.
