Your system needs to have Windows updates installed as
of the date of the Den Haag release, which was January 28
of this year. You need to be using IE as your browser,
and go to
http://www.update.microsoft.com/
There are additional installation notes on our website,
http://tonalsoft.com/support/tonescape/install.aspx
However, note that the information pertaining to activation
is now out-of-date, as the Den Haag version has been released
to the public fully activated.
I quote this from that webpage:

After making sure that your Windows XP is fully updated,
