Hi Bernard,

I just successfully tested the latest (not released) Topincs 3.1 with the following AMP configuration:

Apache 2.2.11 (installer)
MySQL 5.1.34 (zip)
PHP 5.2.9 (zip)
(Windows 2000 SP 4)
