A forum for queries on English<>Spanish translation problems for professional English and Spanish translators translating into their mother tongue.

Each query is circulated to over 850 translators with different areas of expertise in many different time zones around the globe. It is the equivalent of going into a colleague's office to get help to solve a particular problem. 

Exchanges should be brief and to the point.  Clear subject lines indicating source and target languages (e.g., E>S disclaimer)  make for easier and productive searches in the message database.

When replying to a post, please trim the content you are replying to down to 10 or less lines to give your post context. This includes removing as many blank lines (including starting with ">") as possible. If you bottom post (intersperse) your replies, please try and keep the particular block of comments you are replying to the minimum neccessary for context of your reply.

Chats, flames, and undocumented virus alerts are not welcome. We ban spammers.
