As someone who really doesn't like Windows mobile, I'd go with the Centro.
I have my centro connecting to our exchange server, using EAS, and it works
fine. It keeps my contacts, my email, & calendar all in sync well. I wish
it would do memos and tasks, but this is very acceptable.

If you had to pick one as a corporate smart phone with support for exchange - would you pick the Centro or Palm Pro?  Randy 2007 Suzuki Vstrom 650 1992 Yamaha...

The Palm Pre and the Palm Pro are both better at supporting Exchange than is the Centro. ... -- CRA1G on Twitter...
