Thank you very much for your reply but I have absolutely no idea at all of how
to do this. I'm not savvy at all in matters such as this.

Could anybody else help please. I truly miss my Emoticons and since I paid for
Trillian Pro, one would think that they feel obligated to help resolve this
matter or any matter when one of their upgrades or other things causes their
product to malfunction.
