I, too, am currently a PC tech, system builder, repairer and networker, and
I've made 3 attempts at installing IE v7 - and hated each one. I really
don't know why I kept trying, but I wanted to give it a fair chance since
I'd been using IE for many years. I may have to go to FireFox if I want to
move from IE 6.
