That may be a nice program But you still have to install two extra
programs to get it to run one of those pain in the ass net frame work
a security hole for windows trixie two steps one program your done I
like that much better and its easier for the non technical userers
out there you just install it then put the wga dot js in the scripts
folder and your finished maybee a system restart nice simple!

have tried xp 2k 2003 etc it is WGA bypass.js and I am still useing it
now and its still working on all my pcs 3 or more look for it online or
you and the groupmembers can email me for it at

I can't find any mention of licensing for trixie? why not make it BSD
or MIT and stick it up on gotdotnet so we can start making it even better

Ooops, got the name for the network analyzer wrong, it's not
WireFrame. Correct name is WireShark (http://www.wireshark.org/).

Yes, I have the same problem and have investigated a little further. I
have a page www.blocket.se, and an @include http://*.blocket.se*.

I have checked to see what URL:s are reported as loaded by three
different tools:
   TRX  Trixie
   IHH  IeHttpHeaders (an IE plugin that lists request URL:s)
   WFR  WireFrame (an Ethernet-level network analyzer)

Let's say I paste the address
   http://www.blocket.se/li?ca=14_s
into the address field (for the first time). Then all our different
tools will trigger:

TRX IHH WFR  GET www.blocket.se/li?ca=14_s
TRX IHH WFR  GET eas.blocket.se/eas?cu=66;cre=mu;target=_blank
TRX IHH WFR  GET eas.blocket.se/eas?cu=174;cre=mu;target=_blank

But when I press Refresh I get:

         WFR  GET www.blocket.se/li?ca=14_s
TRX IHH WFR  GET eas.blocket.se/eas?cu=66;cre=mu;target=_blank
TRX IHH WFR  GET eas.blocket.se/eas?cu=174;cre=mu;target=_blank

As we can see here, IE is actually fetching our refreshed base URL
(this is revealed by the network analyzer) but our two IE plugins are
not triggering on it.
So either this is a bug in IE's plugin integration API, or it is a
common programmer error when making the plugins ;-).

Any comments from the author?

The Trixie homepage is a bit unclear about what kind of compatibility
issues one should expect and try to avoid stepping into when aiming
for writing to meet both GM and Trixie alike. Apart from _browser_
differences (IE not handling recent W3C standards, for instance) and
the missing onreadystatechange handler noted -- what common pitfalls
are there, and what are the typical work-arounds?

Specifically, this sentence has me suspect there are nasty surprises
like that to be expected:

"Trixie makes no attempt to allow Greasemonkey scripts to run
unaltered, since it is best to have the script author account for the
differences and have the script run on both browsers if he/she so
chooses."
