TWW MISSION STATEMENT
By using the Skills, Experiences, & "Road Smarts" of the Professional Driver & our Training, drivers will be able to know, How & When to Provide Accurate, Timely Ground Based Reports of Severe Weather to the NWS (National Weather Service), as set fourth by their guidelines for the Protection of Life, Property & the Enhancement of the National Economy.
TRAINING
This site is the home of the most COMPREHENSIVE TRAINING program Available to the Professional Driver. There are about 25 courses for the student to complete & pass within 60 days prior to becoming a member. Once the student completes all required training she or he will have the privilege of being one of the ELITE, to call themselves a member of the TRUCKER WEATHER WATCH TEAM.

NON CDL HOLDER TRAINING
If you are not in the transportation industry you are still Welcomed & Encouraged to contact your local NWS Office for training. Please go to http://www.srh.weather.gov To find your nearest local NWS office.
WHAT DO SPOTTERS REPORT
As set forth by the NWS spotter guide lines, Spotters report Funnel Clouds, Tornado's, Hail, Strong Winds, Heavy Rain, Flooding, Poor Visibility, Weather Related Travel Problems & Any Weather Related Damage, Accidents or Injury.

Our goal at TWW is to be the best Spotter Group the NWS will ever have.
