The problem is exactly like Terry said. Try the following:
- open the document in Word
- Do a Save As "RTF Document"
- Close Word
No try to open that .RTF document, you'll see that it won't work
either. The problem is situated in the original document you
received from your client. I even tried a complete copy and paste of
the document into a new document, but the result is the same. I
guess their must be some part in the document that is corrupt in some
way, but I haven't found what.
