I had keyboard problems that made it too annoying to use -- a shame,
because I really liked the program.

Yeah, it was a real shame. They had a good program, and the tech
support was absolutely awesome -- truly above and beyond the call of
duty.

As far as I know, they got jobs and went back to the corporate fold. I
keep hoping that one day they'll go back to TS2000... but as more time
goes by and nothing happens, it looks more and more hopeless and less
and less likely to happen.
