You can use the EditScores and PAIR commands to do this. If you have a huge
number of rounds that are affected, let me know and I'll think of a way to
automate it.

Are there any tricks to dealing with drop-outs? If I pair someone with player 0 for the remainder of an event, will I have trouble with generating pairings? ...
