Thank you, Anand, for the bug reports. I've just published 3.030, which
is essentially the version used at the WSC.

This bug would show up in 3.020 if you did not specify the optional
but recommended max_rounds configuration option. In 3.030 you may
omit the option and still compute pairings. :)

I think I've fixed this problem in the 3.040 development release that
you can fetch using the 'update' command. Please let me know if it
persists.
