Sorry about the backlog of mailing list messages awaiting moderation.
By default, all subscribers' posts require moderator approval; this is
just to prevent a spammer from signing up just to post one spam message.
When I remember to do so, I override each genuine subscriber's settings
to permit posting without moderation, and have just done so for Kath,
Stewart and Anand.

(1) is a good idea, and I always prepare one for my data entry person
if that person is not me.
(2) is no longer necessary, as you can use player names wherever player
numbers are accepted by entering e.g. "Ch,Jo" rather than "1" when
John Chew forgets his player number.

Thanks. Directors wanting to use this feature should contact me for
information about how to do so; it's not particularly easy to set up,
but I think it's worthwhile. You should also do a test run on your
printer to make sure that you can print acceptable quality photos
reasonably quickly - sorry for the delays at BAT.

I'm dubious about this, but have added it to the bottom of the to-do list.
At some point, I'll teach tsh to fetch current ratings lists from online
sources, and it wouldn't be too hard at that point to at least get it to
tell you who hasn't played many tournament games.
