Romford yesterday was a success using TSH.
When asking it for UPSETS it is now showing them listed by ratings
difference for Div A and Div D, but in order of lower player's rating
for Div B and Div C. What am I missing here?
It would also useful if unrated (0) players could be ignored for this
command, since obviously they otherwise swamp the list with every victory.
