You do know that MS doesn't want you to mod your XBOX because the vast majority of them were modded to play stolen pirated games right? You do also know that MS sells the console at a loss with the plan to make the money back via the sales of games, thus those consoles that are modded for the purpose of playing pirated games are A LOSS TO MICROSOFT. Now I think MS is fully within their right to put measures in place to prevent the hemorrhaging.
Now no amount or reasoning and validation that you can put forward can dismiss these facts. If you want more rights in these international issues, and it seems that you do, then maybe you should not give your money with a plan to break the rules.
